Commerce Clause Authorization
The Commerce Clause of the United States Constitution authorizes:
ACongress to tax corporations
BCongress to regulate interstate commerce
Cfederal courts to adjudicate disputes between states and the federal government
Dindividual states to regulate their own commerce
