Judicial Duties In A Jury Trial
In a case tried before a jury, the judge may perform all of the following duties EXCEPT:
ASet aside the jury verdict after the trial
BInstruct the jury on the law relevant to the case
CDismiss the case before trial
DRule on evidentiary motions
